Shipping And Handling Free Delivery for a Limited Period only on All Internet Orders. This applies to deliveries within ENGLAND only. For orders to Scotland, the delivery cost is £75, and Wales £40. Delivery Schedule As each order is unique, Mellow Days will make/supply to order only with the estimated time for delivery times approximated on each individual item to avoid any misunderstanding. Any goods indicated to be in stock will usually be delivered within 7 - 10 working days. We will normally send your order confirmation to you by a) e mail within 24 hours and also by b) 1st class post within 3 business days. Delivery means to your door, and to enable us to deliver as quickly and efficiently to everyone on the given day, we regret that we are unable to offr any arrival times. PLEASE NOTE: If the goods are for upstairs it is your responsibilty to make sure that the access areas are sufficient.On the event of no one being available upon arrival we reserve the right to administer a re-delivery charge of £65 for England & Wales, Scotland £105. for a second and for each subsequent delivery, but not neccesarily on the same day. Returns Policy It is important that you appreciate and understand that your order is a firm and legally binding contract. The goods will be supplied/made for YOU to YOUR specifications, choice and details,and as such a cancellations cannot be accepted. Every effort is made to see that the approximate delivery is accurate (and it usually is). However on rare occasions, delays can occur and must be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights. Self assembly. Regrettably, self assembly items cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed. Mattress. Once mattresses are unwrapped, they are excluded from our returns policy for health and hygiene reasons, unless the item is found to be faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
